Meet the Founder

Dr. Tanika Dewi Sofianti is an expert in Industrial Engineering with over 25 years of experience in education, research, and consulting. Her expertise lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Analytics, Product-Service Innovation, and Knowledge Management.

She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), with a research focus on Customer Knowledge Co-Creation in Product-Service System Development. Throughout her career, Dr. Tanika has led initiatives in smart industry education, digital transformation strategies, and performance optimization across multiple sectors.

Prior to founding DARSI, she served as Associate Professor and Head of the Center of Smart Industry at Swiss German University, where she contributed significantly to curriculum innovation, research excellence, and industry-academic partnerships.

With a passion for bridging theory and practice, Dr. Tanika is dedicated to guiding organizations toward resilient, data-driven, and future-ready growth.
